By adopting smart manufacturing systems, we reduce energy and material waste while enhancing production efficiency and yield.

Green SOP and Workplace Safety
We have established environmentally friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implemented strict occupational safety and green operation protocols in daily activities.

Employee Training and TTQS Certification

Certified under the Taiwan Talent Quality-management System (TTQS), we prioritize employee training and development. Each year, we implement structured training plans to strengthen awareness and skills in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and digital transformation.

Community Engagement and Social Responsibility

We actively give back to our community by making monthly donations to support underprivileged groups and organizing regular neighborhood clean-up activities. In 2023, we donated a fire response vehicle to further support local public safety.

Digital Transformation and AI Integration

Since 2020, we have fully implemented the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across all machines, enabling real-time data connectivity and laying the foundation for smart manufacturing and AI-driven operations.
